Fees and Insurance
Information about fees are discussed with your individual clinician. As licensed providers our services will be covered according to your specific health plan. Unfortunately, we do not participate in any health insurance plans. Reimbursement for services rendered to patients as out-of-network benefits is contingent upon specific plan coverage. Payment of the full fee is expected at the time services are provided. Patients are responsible for determining their own benefit coverage, and seeking their own reimbursement.
